This Privacy Policy describes how Resistance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our Apps.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Apps.
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Resistance LLC on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or otherwise accessible from our Apps.
Our Apps are designed with user privacy as a core principle. Specifically, we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:
All data created or processed by our Apps (including any user preferences, settings, or app-generated content) is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party, except as described in Section 4 below.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase ("Google Analytics"), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to collect anonymous usage data about how users interact with our Apps. This information helps us understand app performance, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall user experience.
Google Analytics automatically collects certain non-personally-identifiable information, which may include:
Google Analytics does not, and is not configured by us to, collect your name, email address, or any other directly personally identifiable information. All data transmitted to Google Analytics is aggregated and anonymized to the extent technically feasible.
We have configured Google Analytics with the following privacy-protective settings:
Data collected through Google Analytics is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google may use this data to improve its own products and services in accordance with its privacy policy.
We encourage you to review Google's privacy policy to understand how Google handles data collected through its analytics services.
You may limit the collection of data by Google Analytics through the following methods:
Our Apps are not directed to, designed for, or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used our Apps, please note that our Apps do not collect personal information from any user.
Our use of Google Analytics is configured in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies regarding children's privacy, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").
Because our Apps do not collect or transmit personal information (other than the anonymized analytics data described in Section 4), the privacy risks associated with using our Apps are minimal. The analytics data transmitted to Google is protected by Google's industry-standard security infrastructure.
Any data stored locally on your device (such as app preferences and settings) is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms, including device encryption and access controls. We recommend that you maintain appropriate security protections on your device, such as using a strong passcode or biometric authentication.
We do not retain any personal data on our own servers, as no such data is collected. Google Analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with Google's data retention policies. Locally stored app data (such as settings and preferences) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.
Our Apps integrate only the following third-party service:
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Google or any other third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with in connection with our Apps.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), may provide you with certain rights regarding your personal information. Because our Apps do not collect personal information as defined under the CCPA (other than anonymized analytics data that does not identify you), these rights have limited practical applicability to our Apps.
Nonetheless, we confirm the following:
To the extent you have any questions about your California privacy rights in connection with our Apps, you may contact us using the information in Section 12 below.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where required by applicable law or app store policies, provide additional notice (such as a notification within the App or an updated app store listing).
Your continued use of our Apps following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle information.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington.
